CONVENTIONAL TUBING

Our Smart Nozzle is available on all coil tubing and conventional tubing tools, at no extra cost. Our smart nozzle was designed for horizontal and vertical wells. The Smart Nozzle has 6 jets, 3 down at 60 degrees and 3 back at 60 degrees. The 3 down jets are protected from plugging by the stand off of the nozzles. While traveling in the hole all 6 jets are activated. The pulsing of the tool along with the back jets help in extended reach application. if a bridge is tagged the nozzle automatically shuts off the back jets. With the back jets closed, the tool applies all the power of the pulsing jet tool through the 3 down jets to remove the bridge. When the bridge is removed the back jets automaticly reopen.

When the Smart Nozzle is pulled backwards, the back jetting nozzles help remove any fill that has fallen out of the flow regime.

Drop Tool

Operator can RIH with a seating nipple on the bottom of the tubing. The tool is dropped down the tubing.

The tool will land in seating nipple and sticks out the end of the seating nipple.

When the job is completed the tool can be retrived with a 3/4" - 5/8" baby red on the sandline from the rig.

No need to come out of the hole and tubing is open ended for swabing or reverse circulation.

New InLine Tool

Our new InLine Tool is a change of how jobs are done, with most Pulsating Tools in the past. The InLine Tool will not only be used for stimulation work but also has many other uses. Several of those uses are in trial now and will expand the base of Dodd Oilfield Tools. We are pretty excited to get started with this new and exciting proprietary way of running our InLineTool.

*For now we are just using the InLine Tool as a conventional tool.
